FLORIDOM INC. is a Florida-based corporation specializing in legal software and seminar production for Family Law Attorneys, CPAs, Financial Planners, Child Custody Evaluators and Psychotherapists. It features  a series of products: Divorce Power Analyzer Software, which performs all of the major computational functions needed by professionals handling divorce cases: financial statements, child support calculations, alimony/maintenance calculations and property division,  as well as other major litigation functions related to filing suit, managing witnesses and managing documents; PAR, Parenting Plan & Time-Sharing Schedule Generator, a questionnaire based program, that allows clients or pro se litigants to answer a series of questions which then automatically produces a complete parenting plan to meet court requirements; DVDG-Domestic Violence Document Generator (Florida), a questionnaire based program,  that allows clients or pro se litigants to answer a series of questions which then automatically produces a complete Petition for Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Violence or Repeay Violence as well as the Court Orders and Judgments related to the case; Norman Levin's Contempt/Arrears Analyzer, a simple tool that efficiently computes and presents the arrearage circumstances of people not in compliance with Court Orders.

In January, 2009, Floridom will reintroduce it's
Custody Analyzer with a new name The Parenting Litigation Analyzer '09. This multifaceted program allows lawyers, psychotherapists and child parenting plan evaluators to provide quality analysis and presentation of their child custody cases. This software package includes a comprehensive 600 ++ question inventory on parenting information which can be used to evaluate the client's  chances of success and which also catalogues the responses into the Parenting Litigation Factor Analyzer. The Time-Sharing Calendar Creator allows you to enter the proposed time-sharing arrangement and print out the schedule and calendars depicting this information. The PAR, Parenting Plan & Time-Sharing Schedule Generator,  is included and allows the professional to develop comprehensive parenting provisions with the client and tailor them to the needs of the particular case.

Floridom, inc. is also working with a development partner to introduce DPA Family Law Office,which is schedule for release in December, 2008. This comprehensive Law Office management program is designed for family law offices. It provides calendaring, contact management, time & billing, trust accounting and general lesger accounting in one consolidated package. Of course DPA Family Law Office,  integrates with and shares data with all Floridom software.

The President and CEO of Floridom, Inc. is Marlene Levin. Marlene has worked in Family Law Offices since 1982 in administrative positions and has tremendous insight into the needs of the small family law office. She served as Vice President of Floridom from 1996 to 1997 and became President in 1998. If a customer or professional has a problem that needs a solution, Marlene is the person to do it. Her experience and leadership is providing for the growth of Floridom.

Vice President of Floridom, Inc., Norman D. Levin is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a Board Certified Marital and Family Lawyer. Mr. Levin is a Past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, former Chair of the CLE Committee of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar and served as a member of the Executive Council of the Family Law Section from 1994 to 2003. A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, Mr. Levin is a noted lecturer who has spoken at programs sponsored by the Florida Bar, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the ABA, and other Bar Associations and organizations.

In 2007 Floridom began producing its training by Webinar and began comprehensive Family Law CLE Programs by Webinar.

In 1994, Floridom released its first software model - Mediator 2.01 - a computational DOS based program that created integrated and automated Child Support Guidelines Worksheets, Financial Affidavits, and Equitable Distribution Worksheets. It also computed Federal Income and Employment Taxes and guidelines computations under Florida Law.

In December, 1994, Floridom was invited by the Florida Bar to Amelia Island to display its newest product - Mediator 3.01 - against other competitive products at the Family Law Section Retreat for Hands-on Computers for Family Lawyers. This new version of Mediator replaced and enhanced the 2.01 version. It carried over all of the features of the original program as well as adding new features such as: an Alimony Options Worksheet, an Alimony Recapture Worksheet, a Pension Value Estimator, an Annuity Estimator, and a Mortgage Payment Estimator.

In May, 1995, Floridom was asked to provide a one hour seminar on the benefits of computational software at the Florida Circuit Judges Advanced Judicial College. Shortly thereafter, the Mediator program entered its final DOS based stage - Mediator96.

In January and April, 1996, Mediator96 Maryland and North Carolina versions were respectively released. These versions were customized to meet the needs of practitioners in their individual states, and were provided free of charge to all District Court judges handling Family Law cases.

In September, 1996, Floridom introduced its first windows based product, Mediator For Windows. This enlarged and simplified product has taken the market by storm. 

DPA was designed to become a complete Family Law case management system. Released originally in Florida, it has now been released in Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan,  North Carolina,Minnesota, South Carolina, Michigan, Minnesota and New York. Mediator For Windows performs most of the major functions typically performed in Family Law offices including:

Floridom, Inc. has been regularly invited to train Court personnel on the use of DPA software in Jacksonville, FL (system on Court network),Miami, FL., Sarasota, FL, Ft. Lauderdale, FL (system on Judges and Masters computers), Ft. Myers, FL (system on Judges and Masters computers), Orlando, FL (system on Mediation Program computers), Annapolis, MD (system on Court network), Baltimore County, MD and Charlotte, NC.

DPA is also installed in other Courts including Sarasota, Charlotte, and in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The calls come in daily from Courts around the country.

In 1999 DPA  was chosen by Nova Southeastern University for utilization in their Family Law Paralegal training program. Community Colleges and Law Schools have caught on and Floridom is in the process of designing a student version and workbook for the program.
